Refund and Returns Policy of GlamssNest

At GlamssNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the steps to return items and request refunds, so you can shop with confidence. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  • The product must not be on our list of non-returnable items (see exceptions below).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@glamssnest.com with your order number, reason for return, and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the payment was made via credit card, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons. These items include, but are not limited to:

  • Opened or used skincare and cosmetics products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom products.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our customer support team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.

6. International Returns

If you are returning a product from outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes associated with the return. We suggest using a reliable courier service with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe return of your items.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@glamssnest.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will assist you in resolving the issue and offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will follow our standard return and refund procedure. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
